The Team ISE Project is a Selective Encryption project created at the University of Colorado at Boulder for the Computer Science department and Interdisciplinary Technology department. The purpose of this page is maintain the Team ISE original code and documentation release from May 2004.
CD 1 Contains all of the files for the ISE JPEG Manipulator. It is meant to be the instaler CD for the ISE Manipulator Program.
CD 2 Contains all of the project documentation and research paper for the ISE project. It is meant to be the informtional CD provided for this project.
